Terms of service
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Draft for professional legal review. Bracketed items are placeholders to be completed before launch.
These terms govern the done-for-you outbound prospecting services sold on this website. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
PipelinePilot is operated by [Legal entity name], [Registered address], registration number [Company registration number], VAT [VAT number] (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@pipelinepilot.example.
2. Business customers only
Our services are offered to businesses acting in the course of their trade or profession, not to consumers. By purchasing you confirm you are buying for business purposes and are authorised to bind your company.
3. The service
PipelinePilot is a fully managed (“done-for-you”) B2B outbound prospecting service. Depending on your package, we carry out ideal-customer targeting, prospect research, campaign preparation, email copywriting, outbound sending, follow-up sequences, reply monitoring, interested-lead handoff, appointment-link handoff or coordination, and performance reporting, using our own outreach infrastructure and managed prospecting process. You do not need to operate any software.
4. Packages
- Starter — €249 one-time; 250 business prospects.
- Launch — €499 one-time; 500 business prospects.
- Growth — €999 / month; 1,000 new prospects per month.
- Scale — €1,499 / month; 2,000 new prospects per month.
- Enterprise — custom scope and price set out in a written proposal.
Package inclusions are those shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT where applicable; any VAT is shown at checkout.
5. Prospect volume and contacted prospects
The prospect volume of a package is the number of business prospects within your agreed target audience that we target with an approved outreach sequence. Bounced, invalid or blocked email addresses are not counted as contacted. Where a contact record proves invalid (for example a hard bounce), we replace it with another eligible prospect from your target audience so that the package volume is met, subject to the availability of eligible prospects in the audience you defined. If your audience is too narrow to reach the package volume, we will tell you and agree an adjustment with you.
6. Business days and delivery window
A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in [country of establishment]. Weekends and those public holidays are not counted.
The estimated campaign delivery window is 30–45 business days, starting on the later of: (a) the date your payment is confirmed, and (b) the date we receive your completed onboarding questionnaire. The stages shown on our website are estimates. Campaigns may start earlier when ready. Interested replies are forwarded during the campaign and are not held back until the final report.
For monthly packages, the 30–45 business-day estimate applies to initial campaign setup and delivery. After that, recurring prospect allocations are delivered within each monthly service period on the agreed campaign schedule.
7. Your responsibilities
- Complete the onboarding questionnaire accurately and promptly. Delivery cannot start until it is complete.
- Provide a working booking link and/or notification email for interested-lead handoff, and keep them up to date.
- Ensure the claims you ask us to make about your products and services are true and lawful.
- Respond to interested prospects we forward to you; the commercial follow-up is your responsibility.
- Tell us promptly about companies or sectors that must not be contacted.
8. Campaign approval
Where we share campaign copy or targeting for approval, please reply within three business days. If we do not hear back, we may proceed on the basis of your onboarding answers, or pause the delivery window until you respond. Time spent waiting for your approval does not count towards the delivery window.
9. Appointment handoff
When a prospect expresses interest, we forward the reply to your nominated email and/or send the prospect your booking link, as you chose in onboarding. A booked appointment is a prospect-confirmed meeting with a scheduled date and time recorded in your approved booking system. An email reply is not a booked appointment. We do not access your calendar.
10. Service deliverables and commercial outcomes
Service deliverables are what we commit to: targeting and contacting the agreed prospect volume through managed outreach sequences, follow-ups, reply monitoring, forwarding of interested replies, booking-link handoff or coordination as included in your package, and reporting.
Commercial outcomes — replies, interested leads, booked appointments, and sales — depend on the genuine interest of prospects, your offer and your market. They are potential results, not deliverables. We do not guarantee any number of replies, appointments or sales. A campaign is properly delivered when the service deliverables have been performed, even if it produces no booked meeting.
11. Campaign completion and reporting
A one-time campaign is complete when the package volume has been contacted, the follow-up sequence has run, and we have sent the final report. The report includes a campaign summary, prospects targeted and contacted, sending activity, replies received, interested leads, confirmed bookings where available, and next-step recommendations. Monthly packages receive reporting as described for the package.
12. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop. We do not receive or store your card details. An order is only confirmed once the payment provider has confirmed payment to us.
13. Monthly subscriptions (Growth and Scale)
- Your subscription starts on the date of your first successful payment and renews automatically every 30 days at the then-current price. Each 30-day period is a monthly service period.
- Each paid monthly service period includes that period's prospect allocation. The first period also covers initial campaign setup.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid service period is completed. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change before it applies to your next renewal.
- If a renewal payment fails, we may pause the service until payment is made.
14. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
15. Data protection
For the prospect data used in your campaign, the respective roles of you and PipelinePilot as controller and/or processor, and the applicable lawful bases, are set out in our privacy policy and, where required, a data processing agreement. Each party complies with the data protection and electronic marketing laws that apply to it, including the rules for B2B outreach in each target country. We include an opt-out in every outreach email and honour opt-outs promptly.
16. Acceptable use
We may decline or stop a campaign that promotes unlawful, misleading or harmful products or services, or that would breach applicable law or our sending policies. If we stop a campaign for this reason before launch, we refund the undelivered part.
17. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order (or, for subscriptions, the fees paid in the three months before the claim), and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity.
18. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law / country], and its courts have jurisdiction.
